What to Bring to Your Tax Drop-Off

  • How do I get my tax information (W-2’s, 1099’s, etc.) to Integrity Tax Group?

  • What do I need to provide to get my taxes done?
    For individual tax preparation, please see our checklist. If you are coming in to have a business return prepared, please give us a call ahead of time to discuss what paperwork you will need. If you’re not sure if a document is needed, just bring it along—we’d rather have more information than we need than not enough.
  • What professional training do you offer?
    We are recognized as Continuing Education Providers with NASBA (National Association of Small Business Accountants) and the IRS as having the proper knowledge to educate other professionals. It is very important that our team members are educated on current laws and regulations. We provide in-house training to our tax advisors. We are always looking for great, hard-working, ethical people to join our growing staff. Please download an application if you’re interested in joining our team.
  • How long after I bring my paperwork to you will I have a finished return?
    Depending on when documents are received, this timeframe can vary from a couple days to a few weeks. We work on returns in the order they are received. Some of our advisors prepare more returns than others, which can lead to longer wait times. Our goal is to always have contact with you within a couple weeks. If you’ve waited longer than that, please call us. Tax season is extremely busy, but we don’t want you to feel forgotten!
  • How much does it cost for you to prepare my tax return?
    Our fees are competitively priced based on the national average for professional tax preparation. We use a Per-Form pricing structure. As a result, without completing your return, it is impossible to give an exact quote. Our fees start at $250 and go up from there, based on what forms are required for your return. Given the variations of tax returns, we cannot give a more accurate quote until your return is completed.
  • What kind of discounts do you offer?
    We have a referral program that gives a $25 discount on our tax prep fee if you’re new to Integrity Tax Group. Whomever referred you to us also gets $25 in the mail, cash! In 2024, we are offering a Sweetheart Special - $25 off for returns dropped off to us prior to February 14, 2024. To qualify for this special, ALL of your tax paperwork needs to be to one of our offices no later than February 14, 2024. Similar to 2023, we will be offering Michigan property tax credit returns prepared for a flat fee of $150. This applies to returns dropped off to our office ON or BEFORE February 14, 2024. If returns are brought in between February 15 and April 15, a flat fee of $200 will apply. One discount per client return.
  • What if I’m only filing my return for a Michigan property tax credit?
    Similar to 2023, we will be offering Michigan property tax credit returns prepared for a flat fee of $150. This applies to returns dropped off to our office ON or BEFORE February 14, 2024. If returns are brought in between February 15 and April 15, a flat fee of $200 will apply.
